Dr. Nicholas Capezio was born and raised in the northern suburb of Glencoe, IL. He received his B.S. in Neuroscience from Tulane University. Prior to attending dental school, he first learned of his passion for working with children through spending a year in Ecuador outside of the nation’s capital, Quito, teaching English and nutrition classes through a local non-profit organization.
He received his D.M.D. from Boston University’s Henry M Goldman School of Dental Medicine where he was the recipient of the graduating class Humanitarian award. While in dental school, he traveled five times to Estelí, Nicaragua to implement an oral health prevention program for the children in the region. Upon graduation, he went on to complete his specialist pediatric dental residency training at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
He is very excited to stay in his forever home of Chicago and to continue his passion for working with children as a member of the Forest Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry team. In his free time he enjoys traveling, bicycling, reading, and playing tennis.
